Most display problems aren't about the glass. The panel is fine. It's the wrong interface, the wrong FPC, or a cover lens that doesn't fit the housing. The usual fix is to redesign your board or enclosure around the display, which means weeks of work and new tooling for a part that was 90% right. OD's custom engineering closes that last 10% instead: we start from a proven standard panel and modify it to your design. |

Three ways we make a standard panel fit:
- Interface conversion. Need LVDS where the panel ships HDMI, or a specific RGB, MIPI, or SPI configuration? We convert the interface and match the pinout to your driver board, so your existing controller stays put.
- Custom FPC and connector. We re-route the flex and connector to match a PCB you already run in production, both electrically and mechanically, so you reuse the board and layout you have already validated.
- Mechanical fit. Cover-lens size and shape, optical bonding, ink printing, and mounting such as adhesive rings or brackets, tailored so the module drops into your enclosure and assembles cleanly on your line.
